Klavier Kreation Studios (“KKS”) – Klaviactor Products and Services
Effective Date: January 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Klavier Kreation Studios websites, software, downloadable packages, installers, plugins, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Note: This document is a general template provided for convenience and is not legal advice. You should have an attorney review these Terms to ensure they fit your business and jurisdiction.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Klavier Kreation Studios. “You” and “your” refer to any person or entity that accesses or uses the Services. “Products” means any Klaviactor-branded or KKS-branded software, tools, add-ons, installers, updates, content, or digital downloads made available through the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create an account or activate a license, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or license key. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Purchases, Digital Downloads, and Taxes

Certain Products may be offered for purchase (including one-time purchases, bundles, trials, and/or subscriptions if offered). Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written policy, all sales of digital Products are final after delivery and are non-refundable.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges applicable to your purchase, unless we are required by law to collect them.

4. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable license terms presented at purchase or installation, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Products for your personal or internal business use.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Products available to third parties (except as expressly permitted in writing by us);
  • remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices (including copyright, trademark, or attribution notices);
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Products, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law;
  • circumvent or disable license, activation, or security mechanisms; or
  • use the Products to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service, including by copying features, workflows, datasets, UI assets, or documentation.

5. Ownership, Intellectual Property, and Exclusive Distribution

The Services and Products are owned by Klavier Kreation Studios and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you.

Klavier Kreation Studios retains the sole right to distribute Klaviactor Products and related official packages and updates, unless explicitly authorized by us in writing. Unauthorized redistribution, mirroring, re-hosting, or resale of Klaviactor Products is prohibited.

6. User Content and Feedback

If you submit content to the Services (such as messages, support requests, bug reports, suggestions, or other materials), you represent that you have the right to do so. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate, improve, and support the Services.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the rights of others;
  • upload or transmit malware or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Services;
  • scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services in a way that disrupts or burdens our infrastructure; or
  • use the Services in a manner that is abusive, harassing, or deceptive.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, payment processors, hosting providers, or platform services). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Updates and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or Products at any time. We may provide updates, patches, or new versions, and you may be required to install updates to continue using certain features. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KLAVIER KREATION STUDIOS OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klavier Kreation Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services and/or license to the Products at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Products and delete all copies in your possession or control, except where continued possession is required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

14. Copyright and Infringement Claims

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send an infringement notice to: support@klaviactor.com. Please include (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed, (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the website and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
